I know that from working at a credit union for 9 years that the QuickBooks was not compatible with our system. However you can import information from Excel, Quicken, and Microsoft Office Accounting to the quickbooks program. I do know that Quicken does and can connect directly to your account and get  your information from its history. But its all based on if you set that up. Quickbook is a program that is to help you get organized more than connect to accounts through the Internet.
